Laila Azouggagh is the owner and founder of The Laila Approach Health and Wellness. Laila is an advanced practice provider (APP) with years of experience as a hospitalist PA and internal medicine primary care. After many years of treating patients with mild to severe ailments, Laila is expanding her practice to begin focusing on the front end in the prevention of health issues she witnesses every day in the hospital. In addition to being a practicing APP, Laila is a wellness professional, weight loss specialist, behavior change specialist, and certified nutritional coach. She is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and potential through The Laila Approach!

From Laila’s experience as a hospitalist APP and Internal Medicine primary care, she believes most of her patient’s chronic diseases, such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, COPD, and strokes, can be prevented by healthy eating and lifestyle modifications. Years of experience in conducting patient history and physical assessment have given Laila in-depth knowledge of patients and clients struggles and difficulties in controlling their diet and chronic diseases.
