Ingredients:
Two tablespoons of chamomile flowers
11/2 cup of water
Directions:
Bring the water to boil.
Add the chamomile flower to your teapot.
Add the boiling water over the chamomile and cover.
Let the tea steep for a few minutes to give the chamomile the chance to release its flavor. Enjoy and sweet dreams!
