Ginger with Chia Seeds Smoothie

Ingredients:
One tablespoon of shredded raw ginger root, more if you like ginger!
One cup of fresh or frozen peaches
One cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
Orange juice from half large orange
One tablespoon of chia seeds
One cup of water
Blender
Direction:
In a blender add water, orange juice, chia seeds, ginger, peaches, and pineapple. Blend well. Garnish with chia seed if desired and enjoy!
