Jasmine Green Tea
This wonderfully flavored green tea originates in China and has been around for centuries. The jasmine flower gives the green tea a fantastic aroma and an amazing flavor. If you are looking to cut down from your coffee consumption and increase your green tea intake, this jasmine green tea is the way to go. In addition to 25 mg of caffeine, it is full of antioxidants that are good for you. I find that it is best to have it in the morning or in the early afternoon. This tea is also versatile as it can be served hot or cold depending on the season or your preference.
